When will my order ship?
1-3 days if product is in stock.
If a product is pre-ordered, we will ship as soon as the product is ready.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship via USPS. You will receive an email when your order has shipped that will include the USPS tracking number.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Our shipping rates are calculated using the total weight of your product order and the zip code where the order is being shipped at checkout. This method ensures you are never overcharged for shipping costs. We also offer free shipping with a $75 order!
What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
First, check with your local post office. They will need the tracking number you were provided in the shipping notification email. If you still need help locating your shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by emailing email@example.com
Our products are personal in nature, so we are not able to accept returns once a package has been opened. If you received an incorrect or missing item, contact us with 7 (seven) days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include your order number, contact information, photos and brief description of the issue.
Please do not open product/packaging as we cannot accept it for return or refund. Thank you for your understanding and patronage.

Orders over $75 will receive free shipping.
